Terms of lessons.
1. Who teaches you

2. The service
Online Dutch lessons on Google Meet, WhatsApp or Viber, as you prefer: 1-on-1, each lesson a full 60 minutes. Explanations in English or Bulgarian. The first 20-minute intro call is free and does not oblige you to anything.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in euro and are final. Tatyana is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.
- Single lesson: €20. Monthly plan: €160 for 8 lessons (two a week).
- Levels B2 and C1: the price is agreed before you start and confirmed in writing (email or message).
- Payment by bank transfer or Revolut before the lesson, or before the first lesson of the month for the monthly plan.
- You get a document for every payment.
4. Moving and cancelling lessons
- You can move or cancel a lesson for free up to 24 hours before it starts.
- Later cancellations and missed lessons count as taken.
- If Tanya has to cancel, you choose a new time or get that lesson refunded.
- Lessons of the monthly plan cancelled in time are moved to another day.
5. Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from a paid monthly plan within 14 days of paying, without giving a reason. Send a clear message by email, or use the form below.
If, at your own request, lessons start within those 14 days, you pay only for the lessons you have already had (€20 per lesson). Everything else is refunded within 14 days, in the same way you paid.

6. Students under 18
Lessons for minors are booked and paid for by a parent or guardian.
7. Complaints and disputes
Write to bgtodutchlessons@gmail.com. You get an answer within 14 days.
If we cannot agree, you can turn to the conciliation committees of the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg). If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre there can help you for free.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country.
